I love the Mountain House lineup of freeze-dried foods. I've been using them for years for backpacking and camping. The Cheesecake and Bananas Foster both get 5 stars, while I give the Peach Crumble 3.5 stars - it just seems a bit mushy though the taste is quite good.

This product really made our space camp seem more realistic. I don't think the kids would have been nearly as impressed with just freeze dried icecream.
