Great little headlamp Aug 18, 2007
By Bob dog I like the size, weight, and simplicity of this model. The battery is a lttle pricey and it's custom, so make sure you have extras. Battery life is good though.

You'll like it Dec 06, 2005
By C. Craver I really like this little headlamp. It's not just for camping; I use it all the time. In fact, I wear it as a necklace so I always have it handy. I use it to check on the kids, set the thermostat, get ready for bed when my wife is already asleep; pretty much whenever I need unobtrusive light.
Pros:
- It's cool, fun & inexpensive; perfect "stocking stuffer."
- Lightweight, compact and convenient
- Easy head-strap adjustment (and it won't give you a headache)
- Light source pivots to adjust light direction
- You'll only feel like a dork for about a week or so :)
Cons:
- The light is not very bright
- It takes (what I would consider is) an odd size battery; which is a tad pricey and a little hard to find
If you're dying to enter the world of headlamps, and who isn't, this is a great starting point :)

Cool! Jan 08, 2008
By luvmypups My husband bought this headlamp for me for Christmas so I can read in bed after he falls asleep. It works like a charm! I also found it useful for walking the dogs after dark and I can't wait to take it camping. It is light and comfortable and the headband adjusts to fit any size needed (even a child). The beam is bright enough to illuminate an entire paperback book and also for good projection when walking. The light casing tilts up and down so that it can be set to whatever angle you may need. A neat little product and I'm quite pleased with it.
Great portable headlamp - wrong product pictured! Mar 03, 2011
By akabaka This is the kind of thing I'd like to always have in my pocket. It's light enough that you don't even notice its there, but when you need it, you have it. The battery died after about a month of regular use, i was a little disappointed, but i'm not deterred. Its a solid product, although the picture is NOT what the product is. I expected the one setting, two bulb headlamp, which i wanted, but i got the new version which has two settings, and one bulb. Its definitely a casual headlamp, not for intensive night hiking or biking or what have you, but it provides decent light for it's size.
