Lousy quality Mar 07, 2009
By pod shopper Same experience as above - food burned in it and could not be removed. The so-called non-stick coating is anything but. The pan is very light and does not disperse heat very well which granted one expects from a light weight aluminum pan. Folding handle is a very nice touch. In all - Great design, lousy execution.

A Camping Necessity Aug 29, 2006

This is an excellent choice for a fry pan to use while camping. I was a tent camper for many years and suffered with a cheap enameled skillet. This pan is MUCH better. The non-stick surface is great and the folding handle makes storage very easy. Even though my wife and I now have a pop-up camper, we still use this pan all the time.
Highly recommended!
Didn't last Jan 03, 2012
By Robert Redmond I had high hopes for this little pan but maybe price should have been the clue. Light weight and easy to pack. The attached folding handle worked well and was sturdy enough. To protect the surface I packed mine with an MSR pack Towel.
Out of the gate the pan worked well and was non-stick. But after a very short period began to loose it's non stick properties. I was very careful about not over heating it and cleaning it properly but after one season this pan was done.
Worked well for me Aug 28, 2011
By Jeff I recently bought this and my local department store and I have used this item about 12 times in two separate backpacking trips. It has a folding handle, easily fits inside my backpack and it is sturdy enough for my backpacking trips.
I do not share in the other reviewers experiences as I have not have had and issue with burning food or the pan getting burned and/or food getting stuck to the pan. I have cooked eggs, bacon, hash browns, fish and others and did not have an issue. However uneven heating is expected being made from light aluminum.
I give it 5 stars as it is very inexpensive and does what is supposed to. I would recommend to a friend.

Worthless Oct 20, 2008
By N. Bielecki This pan wasn't "non-stick". The food (sausage) stuck to it at medium heat and left a burnt black residue that wouldn't come off. The residue caused the food to taste terrible. This pan is now being stored in a landfill. Don't waste your money!!!
