These are nice trekking poles, in general. I really like the quality, the telescoping size, and the weight.
I do not like how easily the fins come off the bottom though. They need a better way to keep them attached, as I've almost lost them a few times.
But, other than that, I would recommend these. I use them when I snowshoe, and they help a lot with balance and keeping a good stride.
