Very Nice Hydration pack! Aug 14, 2006
By Mike One thing I really like is that there was no plastic or rubber taste on the first use. It holds enough for long bike ride and was cold all the way to the end of the ride. It feels good on your back too. It helps in this Florida heat.
Cons: The mouth piece is hard to hold onto because of the 180 degree angle. It would be easier to have a T mouth piece. I will be looking for a replacement.

Quality product and great for trail running Aug 06, 2008
By D. Grossman I love this hydration pack. It's really held up well on some long trail runs. It's light and if you adjust the straps just right, you'll hardly notice it after a while. You can actually store quite a bit too in the pack (energy bars, bug repellent, a bundled up poncho or slicker). No complaints here and a lot cheaper than the Camelback line.

You get what you pay for Feb 17, 2008
By Tom Mc Bought this on sale, for about 1/2 the cost of the Camelback "Classic". But I rarely use it since no matter what I do, it leaks. It leaks at the joint where the drinking tube attaches to the bladder. After about the 3rd use, a velcro patch used to close the top of the pack started unstiching from the pack. I would not recommend this product.

Totally worth 22$ Jun 14, 2008

totally worth 22$. I thought I was going to get a lower quality because this was so inexpensive, but this is perfect. I just ran a 10k race in the heat and this was a life-saver.
the mouthpiece was a little difficult to break-in at first and leaks a little if theres too much pressure, but all-in-all certainly worth the money if you use it once/week for running or biking or all-day events.
like any water sack you MUST CLEAN IT OUT and take apart to air dry!

Must have for enthusiasts Apr 06, 2007
By M. Kai Never thought I'd own a hyd pack, but now I don't know what I'd do without one. This company offers free lifetime tip replacement. Previous reviews are accurate-- no initial taste or odor. Take proper care for long periods of storage (rinse with lemon juice or baking soda) and you'll enjoy a long life out of this. Zippered pocket is nice, too.
