Small, packs light and works great! May 06, 2010 As a guy who uses this mat I chose this 'Women's' version because I'm not that big and it packs light. And i like the lime green color. when you blow it up firm it stays firm all night and insulates you form the ground. Rolls tight and small, perfect for long back country hikes.

Excellent Product Nov 25, 2009 Great product. I bought the women's Trail Lite because it fits my height and it has better warmth rating. I weigh 200 lbs and sleep on my side and cannot feel the ground with my hip. It is fairly lightweight (1 lb, 15 oz) and overall good pad. I do wish Therm-a-Rest would throw in a stuff sack with their products.

Great pad but too small Oct 21, 2009 This is a comfortable pad, but it is way too small. I bought myself the large pad and my wife this one. I thought it would fit her fine, because she is only 5'-2 & 120-lbs. Whoooh! This thing is so tiny; it would not even work for her. We are returning it and buying her the big pad.
Again...the thermarest pad is great; just make sure you buy the large one!

Awesome sleeping pad! Jul 02, 2009 I've been camping for a while and never used a sleeping pad. Thought paying for something that I really didn't need was a waste. Well I gave in and bought one. I never want to sleep outdoors without one ever again! Stayed inflated which i was worried about and is very comfortable.

Nice mat Sep 15, 2008 I love this light weight mat. By squeecing out the air, I can pack it thin and small that is perfect for country back camping. With the air inside the mat, it becomes a very comfortable mat even on uneven surface such as rocks.
