Spacious, superb value Nov 06, 2007
By N. Reeck This tent is a great value. On the plus side, it is fairly easy to set up/take down, and is very spacious on the inside. A lot of nitpicky minuses though:
-screen area has no floor (this was the most disappointing thing)
-To get into/out of tent, have to go through front door and screen door (no rear door)
-This tent would be spacious for 3 adults, 4 could fit, but 5 full-size adults would definitely be a stretch
On the balance, it seems to be a well-made tent for a very low price, so it seems worth it. Of course, I haven't taken it out in the rain yet, so I can't yet speak to how it handles the elements.

Wenzel Apsen Tent Jun 01, 2007
By T. Herring I LOVE this tent!! I had no idea I would like it that much. Its great for 2 people, queen size air mattress and room to spare. The screened in porch is perfect for storing food and coolers.

Tent broke in first use Oct 15, 2008

The tent was nice in Theory. 2 adults - a twin air matress and a small dog fit well. The Porch area was nice until we tried to open it. There are no stakes to hold down the bottom of the tent where the zipper is, so you end up fighting with it if you don't have both hands free.
Setting up was cumbersome, but that's to be expected with a tent of this kind.
The support beam over the 'porch' snapped in a small wind gust about a month after purchase, and the supplier was nearly impossible to get ahold of. Waited on hold for over an hour. No Online customer service available.
Representative entirely unhelpful, made ME figure out what the part code of the piece was, and had absolutely no knowledge of the tent.
Charged me for the part (just $5) and for rush delivery since I was needing in a hurry. Didn't offer any sort of warranty for their product. Will not buy this brand again.

Beware the wind Aug 26, 2008
By Steven E. Underdahl I purchased the tent primarily for the screened entry. I ordered the Aspen but got the Fern green one. We camped next to the Bonneville Salt Flats. The tent went up easily and is roomy. The first problem was the cross member in the very front. It broke off as I inserted it in the metal receiver. Next problem was the small tent stakes. They do not hold in the soft soil. Then came the wind. It blew about 25 MPH. The front screened protion ripped apart and the cross piece split in several places. One of the feet ripped away and the top, five point star also split. The wind only lasted for a couple hours. The tent stayed up and was usable for the rest of the week. The final pain was trying the stuff it back into the bag. It is too small and I finally gave up and threw the whole thing into a large dumpster. Two other tents in the same area suffered no damage from the wind.

Nice Tent Apr 23, 2008

This is a really nice tent, however, it's really just big enough for two adults. The screened area will accommodate two chairs and a small table. Hey, it's a tent, not an RV! With our queen mattress, there is enough room for more things and to dress. OK, I waited for some heavy rains before taking it down, there were only a few drops of water under one window! As always, AMAZON.COM is the best seller!
