Solid buy if you know what you are after. Jul 31, 2009
By Jim Cowden There are a few things you should know about this tent, else your expectations may not be met. If your needs match the strengths of this product, you should be plenty happy (like me), or vise versa. I found all the info I needed to decide to buy it online, with the exception of one phone call to the manufacturer. They were very helpful and honest, BTW.
They call it a 10x18, but that does not mean a 180 sqft area (I think it is more like 116 sqft). I would not take a trip knowing the weather was going to be pretty bad, with this tent. Four season tents usually cost a fortune, and my family is NOT well suited for extreme camping, so this tent works fine for us. The room 'dividers' are just flaps that attach at their four corners, so if you want to camp with three couples, stand by to get close (hey, its just a tent!).
Overall, for the money, it is a good value. The construction looks good and the design is fine, with one exception...
Some things I like: Three rooms, three doors, ground-level vent, mesh pockets and small access 'doors', generous screens, ease of setup, it fits back into the bag!!, and plenty of anchor points (large tent, high winds, you get it).
Things I would change: The rain cover leaves gaps next to the front door. If you can see screen, you stand a good chance of getting wet. The two side 'rooms' are fairly small. This works for kids, but adults may find it cramped.
Everyone's needs vary, so know what you are buying and making a decision of what to buy should be simple. enjoy.

"Condo" Tent Jul 18, 2007

I spent the last 15 years backpacking and looking down my nose at car campers. THEN I had two kids 18 months and 4 1/2. I now appreciate the TRUE value of having seperate rooms (still waiting for tent-sound proofing technology) and the ability to stand up and change. If you are car-camping with kids THIS is the tent!!!!

BIG disappointment! Nov 03, 2006

We searched and researched. The brand looked reliable, size was good and price was great. The first night we used it, it leaked terribly from dew -- NOT rain -- dew. Followed all the instructions, waterproofed it with the spray stuff. It still leaked. We had a rainstorm a few days later and it leaked like a faucet -- straight from the rain fly. We returned it and were sorely disappointed with this tent.

Great tent Nov 10, 2006
By Bobo For the money this is a very nice tent. It looks nice and is easy to set up. The only problem is the front zipper gets into the fabric on occasion. That is a small problem that is over shawdowed by all the great features and a low price. With the $30 dollars back from Amazon the tent only cost $69.99.

Great Tent Nov 06, 2006
By C. Townsend I needed a tent that would fit my queen size mattress along with enough room for me to stand and change in, and this tent fit the bill! With mattress on one side, and ammenities on the other, I still had plenty of room in the center for movement and was able to stand upright.
